Illalangi is at the cutting edge of today's wine making, processing and packaging techniques.
The Illalangi boutique range of fine wines, extra virgin olive oils, dukka, pestos and olives are proudly produced by the Gorman family, in the Riverland of South Australia, on the banks of the mighty Murray River.
Illalangi is committed to working at one with nature through “world best practice” in irrigation, variety selection and management techniques in combination with abundant sunshine, a warm dry climate and low humidity.
